Work with the payment secured in advance
The customer sets the budget aside before the work starts. The executor sees the money is already reserved and receives it stage by stage, as each stage is accepted.
The platform is in closed testing - access is by invitation for now.
How a deal goes
The budget is reserved
When a task is published, its budget is locked on the customer balance. Executors apply knowing the money is already there.
Work goes stage by stage
A task is split into stages with their own dates and budgets. Each stage is handed over separately - nobody waits until the very end.
Acceptance or rework
The customer accepts the stage or returns it for rework with comments. The time allowed for acceptance is agreed in advance.
Payment on acceptance
The reserved amount goes to the executor. If the parties disagree, the case is decided by an arbiter and not by one side alone.
Two ways to use the platform
You have a task
- Describe the task, split it into stages and set the budget
- Choose an executor from the applications - or hire a team lead who will gather the team
- Accept the work stage by stage and pay only for what you accepted
- Replace an executor or open a dispute if something goes wrong
You do the work
- Apply for a whole task or for a single stage of it
- See that the budget is already reserved before you start
- Get paid for every accepted stage, not at the very end
- Build a rating from completed work and mutual reviews
If something goes wrong
Rework
A stage can be returned with comments. The money stays reserved until the result is accepted.
Executor replacement
If an executor disappears, the stage is released and opened for applications again - the task does not stall.
Dispute with an arbiter
A disagreement is reviewed by a third party. Until the decision is made, the reserved money stays where it is.
